- Phase 1: Initial Concept & Dataset Curation - January - March 2025
- Curating datasets and researching the best approaches for BARA's predictive capabilities. Laying out the basic website structure.
- Phase 2: Early Model Testing & Prototype Development - April - June 2025
- Testing basic machine learning models, developing user interface mockups, and prototyping basic design tools.
- Phase 3: Functional Model Development - July - September 2025
- Refining predictive models with advanced algorithms, testing their accuracy, and improving BARA's interface.
- Phase 4: User Testing & Feedback Integration - October - December 2025
- Open beta testing, collecting feedback, and integrating suggestions to enhance both the model and the user experience.
